  • Fantastic Otis song by EWWT live at the Fillmore : Jerry Lacroix sounds a bit like Otis : a real soul man, and Rick Derringer on guitar is amazing. Love that song since the record was on sale ! Thanks for the real kick in the ass !

  • TRUE BLUE EYED SOUL

  • With Jerry La Croix on vocal , Bobby Ramirez on drum wow with this old rhythm and blues classic "Turn on Your Love Light. Please Listen as the horns blast out that classic riff

  • lawdy' lawdy' otis would be proud!!!!

  • this guy sound great.

  • Always wondered where The Blues Brothers got this from.

  • THAT'S ONE FUNKY-ALBINO

  • THIS IS HOT!!!

  • I had the honor of playing sax with Jerry--one of the great voices of that era.

  • @jay1beaux Awesome!!!

  • grew up with jerry lacroix when he was with the boogie kings and played the bamboo hut in galveston and the big oaks in vinton, la . wow stage presence to die for , great voice, sexy guy, fun guy

  • Thats Jerry lacroix singin old lead man from Rare Earth

  • I've listened to about a dozen covers of this song in the last hour, and except for the Ready Set go version by Otis, this is the best so far. very, very nice.

  • I forgot Tom Jones does a great version. That guy can sing anything. Great vocals, band, and back up singers. You can't beat the 60s soul bands. Sam & Dave, the Chambers Brothers, Oatis, Wilson Picket, Mitch Rider etc.

  • @sargoth37 Have you seen Tom Jones live? He still puts on a Great Show!!!

  • I saw him in the 1990s. He was good but didn't really extend himself at that show.

  • I love that Wayne Cocran version in "CC Ryder". Although Wayne was a bit corny looking and didn't have great vocals. Oatis's videos are hot but the lack of color hurts the quality. I love the way White Trash end their songs almost in an explosion.

  • All bow with respect, to the greatest performance of the greatest R&B song ever created.....It's 4 minutes of good hard sex with a fantastic climax at the end. This has been my absolue favorite song for 30 years..or is it 40 ?

  • good god!!! one of my favorite songs...

    otis...hell yes...wayne cochren....hell yes..blues bros......hell yes....

but now i hear this again from the past..

    and i know i own the vinyl...somewere..

but i'm a thinkin' this might be the best..

  • @jonrickly You said everything that I was thinking!! good god!!!
