the only toonie that pops out is the ones in 1996 and there actually rare. You see the royal canadian realize shortly after the first batch that was minted, fixed the issue with toonies popping out. You would need to freeze it rock solid then apply pressure, if it does pop out i guess its called an error coin
@okpapereat I have seen a toonie fall to the floor and pop out the baby inside, that was not a pre- 1996 coin? So I put it back together upside down and backwards and then spent it, he, he.
I have never in my life heard of a toonie popping out becoming two pieces
