I don't like the hammer ons of GH1. You must press the button exactly in the moment. That's because Ozzy's Bark at The Moon is so difficult to reach the 100%. The same happens to BBQ'S Cheat on the church.

Its the fact that you have to play them like it actually shows you how in the tutorials so you actually have to strum every note instead of using the HO/PO's.
Basically, if you try and use the hammer-ons, you have to be holding down the note that you're hammering from or the note that you're pulling off to (similar to how it is on guitar). On top of that, when you're actually trying to use the HOPOs, the timing window is a lot smaller. Because of this, it is simply easier to strum everything.

Press pause, and make sure the towel ends between Restart and Settings. That's like the best spot to put it.

the timing window to hit each note is incredibly small with hopos. It is so small, that you need to have perfect timing to hit one.
Also, be careful oApEo. Youtube has been taking down vids like this ferociously. They even took down JLc and Guitarherophenom's coop HooT fc vids.
