  • The album with him and Elton John is great. Check it out. It's called The Union.

  • He was in Missoula not to long ago . Missed it but I think he was great anyway

  • This song even fits better 39 years down the road.Brilliant.

  • ...a song played at our community pool in the early 70s. I remember lying on our towels while this song was blasted over the loudspeakers from the jukebox (poorly) but cemented in my memory - funky and fun! It takes me back...

  • Leon Russell was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011

  • Got this album as soon as I could in 1972. Still love it!

  • one person needs to step off the edge of cliff

  • Brings back memories to me .. not that old. I was conscripted by a friend to help clean out the garage. In it I found something called a Thorens .. not sure about that ... thingy to play records. Also happened to find A Pioneer SM-83 stereo amp with these light up things called tubes. There were some old smelly speakers there too. I made a deal that i'll get rid of some of the stuff and get 20 bucks too. Got 25-30 records too. One was this one. It's like finding buried treasure!

  • He sounds like Goofy.

  • Enduring lyics....

  • "....a comedy of errors and I'm falling....." I'm in a bad mood today....and this describes it totally....Tomorrow, I'll be better....thank you for hosting my life on your channel...Ha!

    Peace,

    Yvonne

  • This is probably the most brilliant song I've ever heard....and I guess what I like about it the best is....it describes my life...a zoo!!

    Peace,

    Yvonne

    ha, love it though (:

  • because grandpa is cool.

  • Leon is the Greatest of all time, the Master of space and time!

  • Love the piano on this song, so perfect !!!

  • I heard this on the radio at work once and for the life of me could not remember who did it. xD

  • Leon should have been a Wilbury.

  • Maybe he could have replaced Roy? Del Shannon was supposed to, but his suicide quashed that. Ah, what might have been...

  • Wilbury's are awesome. Yeah, Leon, Eric and even Ray Cooper on percussion, Bobby Keys & Nino Tempo on sax too. would have been cool.

  • Great song from a great songwriter. Thanks

  • Great tune. Brings back a lot of memories
