  • Tuck harder. I mean try to bring your knees to your chin. It helps alot with your rotation.

  • I think you need to bend your knees more to put more power into your rotation.

    My stand backtucks are about the same as yours, but i've got mine on hold untill i can fluidly do back handsprings.

    Nice attempts though, keep up the good work.

  • No problem, you just need to keep your arms straight and swing you arms hard keeping them straight.

    It's what i keep getting told in gym but mine are pretty much like yours, though i think your doing better than me.
