I had a pet raccoon who mom was run over on the highway. It was a very little baby and I had to feed it with a small baby bottle until he got big enough to eat other food. his name was Willie also! This was many years ago and when I got drafted into the Army I never saw him again. I hope he did okay but I don't know. I still think about Willie and worry that my leaving may have broken his heart ! We were great friends and he went everywhere with me. I could go outside and call him by name !
