This video is friggin lame. In a real life situation, those Chinese planes would've been interecepted by Aamerican Combat Air Patrol already in the air. They would've never gotten close to the carrier. Secondly, this video made the American pilots look like noobs and their equipment look bad. We all know those Chinese planes would've been smoked.

Sure, the plane they're making has it's roots in Israeli Air Force, but the prototype plans are totally different thing than building the plane out of the scratch, so one could say that the chinese build their OWN stealth fighter. PLA actually managed to destroy the virtual defenses of the US military network, and hack in their database.
Chinese sub humiliated Kitty Hawk carrier group in 2006, and more recently JMSDF.

I mean, Uganda could declare that it has a manned space program, but it doesn't still mean that it is believable. The thing that puts Chinese program apart is the fact that it's under the direct control of the Chinese Military Command, thereby it has one of the vastest amount of resources in it's disposal for a space agency. Chinese military program is on par with ESA, JAXA and NASA.

If world thought that India would be de facto superpower in the Asia, they'd probably support China so that when China would overthrow India, they would owe a debt to the West. @souro19 It doesn't matter if you have the same resource as China. If you cannot take advantage of them, it just simply does not matter. Instead, probably Chinese companies will try to take advantage of your resources. Opportunities do not count either, every country has been given plenty of them but still world is full of failed countries. Most importantly, China is a totalitarian capitalistic nation, that can pull all energy out of it's workforce. So India doesn't have same resources as China.

@souro19 Okay. But India isn't the main trading partner of the West in Asia. China is. And for that reason, China will retain it's position. In 2078 - the year you keep repeating over and over again - China will have it's own space station. They will have particle-, laser-, and kinetic weapons. They will probably be in the position of the United States and Europe in 2078. If China felt that India would pose an economic or any other kind of a threat, they would obliterate you. It's that simple.

@souro19 I understand your argument, but it doesn't hold water in real life. China is totalitarian nation, that can order it's citizens around. India is democracy, that cannot do so due the rights of individuals given by the UN. For that reason, when India must treat it's workforce well, China can simply pull everything out of it's workforce.
Chinese military is also superior to anything in Asia. This is fact stated by the West.

@souro19 For your information, the size of the army doesn't always matter. Small Finnish army kicked nearly million man strong Soviet army's ass in second world war. India buys shitloads of stuff from Russia, wheres China copies from the West and then produces it's own domestic stuff based on what it has learned. China's army's equipment is therefore largely comparable with the West's, and India has stuff equal to that of Russia's. And we know that West(EU and USA) surpasses Russia.

@souro19 Italians sucked in WW2, so it doesn't matter. Also, Finland held off entire Soviet army as said, but it doesn't mean that today's FDF could hold off Russian invasion. Past doesn't count, I mean, italians used to be badass romans but they sucked in WW2. Times change as generations pass on. Also, Imperial British Army conquered the entire India (and one third of the entire world), but China was never fully colonized.

China controls 95% of the world's rare-earth supply. Rare earth is used on many physical applications, in missiles' guiding chips as well. China controls 95% of that global trade, leaving the world's share to be 5%. India has't got anything like that.

India has serious internal problems, that might even lead to the split-up of the country in the end of the road.
