if your using the VBA'S camera then how do you upload it in less than 21hours?

My computer is very new and has a super-fast connection and Upload/Download speed

I don't use VBA's camera put the point is that you've to make the videos smaller by encoding them

my videos are usually in size 20-50MB before I upload them
