@ORANGEcarot-- Hey i just wanna let you know that you are consumming between 700 or 850 cals a day! Just depends on what kind of milk you are using (skim milk has around 85 calories per glass) i reccomend you use olive oil or no oil at all! Just use a nonstick pan! :) hope you find this helpful
im on a diet and wen i wake up i drink only hot milk mixed with tea ... then at lunch i eat 4 brown toast with 2 light slice cheese ... and at dinner i eat 4 brown toast with 2 fried eggs ... please could some one tell me is this above 1800 calories ?????

Thanks for providing the useful information its also good to drinks some of the things like (coffee/ green tea/skin milk) in moderation as there are some negative effects associated with them. Also one can add up aloe vera juice into diet in order to improve metabolism or for other health benefits.
