I know you made this video a long time ago, but I was wondering why you feel authorized to coach hitters when I know for a fact you have never taken an average high school player and turned them into a starting major league player. Also, what makes you teach mechanics? Do you have any scientific research, observational statistics, or any other form of evidence that movement is not initiated by the mind which is accepted scientific fact in the field of human kinetics?

glad it helped, 8 years of lessons from probably 12+ people and this is the basic stuff i took from it that i formed my swing around
