This looks very very similar to the BIX Simulator from the BIX media facade of the Kunsthaus Graz (Austria, 2003).
The presentation and the concept of the websites greenpix[dot]org and bix[dot]at look very similar too. On both sides you can download the simulator software. Check it out.
You will even find the same ballet dancer clip that has been used for the BIX facade in the greenPIX videos.
I could not find any link to the BIX project on the greenPIX page, so i am wondering.
