  • Pretty funny guys. But it's true and a lot of people don't realize that losing fat is actually easier than building muscle. But muscle takes time.

  • I'm an ectomorph. So for the 1st month I lost weight. But I could tell I was getting stronger, so I stuck to it. After the 2nd month I gained 5 pounds. So bottom line just STICK TO IT! It takes months and years.

  • I put on 5 pounds of muscle in about my first month, of course I was only 118 pounds but ya.

  • Hey guys, just a thought. I was/am looking to gain 50-60 lbs between now and october to be Bane for Halloween. Every time i tell someone this they laugh and roll their eyes...until i tell them Ive gained almost 15 lbs in 4 weeks. I know the plateau will come. I will get over it. Ive just been taking whey protein and serious mass gainer. And ive been adhering to Tom Hardys workout plan for bronson and dark knight rises. He's not THAT big, but if you do your research right, you can make it happen.

  • Good to have guys like you out here telling the truth. No egos. I think I don't puton anything, I was already skinny before and have damn near no fat on me, however even I see improvements now even if I didn't in the first 6 months of weights. In fact I even stopped doing weights after several injuries(not weight related)and I've been started again for a month,got injured again. Now I've had 2/3 months and it's small but sure difference. Sport will help you compare how you are week by week too

  • @69651pooh Personal experience: If your fat is majoritarly located in your abdominl region, try focusing a bigger part of your training on abs excercise and a medium-to-high intensity cardio.

  • tbh this vid really like helps me, your totally right, I got a friend I always look at because he's really muscular, but I just have to look at myself...!! and focus on myself..!! i train 4/5 times a week.. monday chest triceps, abs.. , tuesday biceps back neck, wednesday legs shoulders underarm abs, and thursday and friday same as monday and tuesday.. got any advice?? im open for everything.. and i eat every 2 hours.. some sandwiches, dont use protein atm dont got money..   • i was working out back in 09 alot and i was taking dobl its not a steroid and its a testonerone booster i was eating burger king anything and whatever i wanted i got big..i wasnt fat big but i was like thick big i was 210. i stoped taking the testonorne booster and stoped working out...ffor like 6 month thn i got leaned out droped to 175. i started to work out again but i want to build muscle the right way the lean cut sharp way instaed of the bloated way

  • I'm starting my second cycle of steroids and I like them. All they do is help you absorb that expensive protein instead of shitting it out.

  • @Keeperz1 First cycle was T-Bol only. I got rock hard and super endurance/strength. no water retention although you need to stay hydrated. I gained approx 4lbs lean muscle. I'm 43 years old... It'll do amazing for younger kids. My second cycle 400mls Enanthate with pct ... just starting the cycle. T-Bol won't need pct and I don't recommend steroids if you are under 25yrs old.

  • @kodakZX1 dude any steroid/prohormone u use WILL REDUCE YOUR TESTOSTERONE there is no such thing as a mild steroid that wont. yeah sure a mild steroid for a short time wont kill your testosterone but it will lower it significantly and this should always be fixed by proper pct if ur doing it without pct it's like beating on yourself and you are loosing out on gains that u would otherwise have

I'm not unaware of what you talk about but I also have a long history of knowledge on the subject which is why at 43 years old I started. Maybe I should have stated I took pct for others to follow the correct path but I'm nobody's parent. Oral Turinabol 50mg a day for 6 weeks is nothing.
