let me tell you how to get back on for free..use your head..get a prepaid debit card. then get a new bank account . you can even get an account now debit card and it comes with a routing # and bank account #. get a prepaid cell phone, or use google voice and put in to have your calls routed to your cell. clean out all cookies on pc. DONT open any emails from your old ebay account! when you get your new debit card, change the address to your fake one. go on ebay and register and wolaaa..your on.

ebay limited accounts because of poor rating (the fucking yeloow stars) you need to have a score of 5 % in all areas shipping time description blah blha if a buyer rate you poorly rate you score drop and thats why you account with the time and according with how many PITA buyers rates you account can be limited
