Its not really bad, but because you cannot sell or use them, they are an annoyance.

You cant drop them either, so their main purpose is to take up space in your inventory.

Yup Hand of Ragnaros drops off of last guy in event arena.. I just got one now lol. It was frkin hard to kill at lvl 60 at lvl 15 but if u plan it and buy a hella lot of energy dusts. ( Plus must have freeze and +20 energy talents ) Lol.. wish i could leave tourny tho.. and sry for late answer :D
