Practically 1mbps means 128kBps although 17 is just way too low but you can never be sure with wireless.

if you download from rapishare and with internet explorer built in downloader then im sure a 1 mb dsl cant give you more than17 kb. im using ptcl evo and im getting more than 100 kb all the time. han at nite time its little bit slow but it still gives me 50 to 70 kb. and its slow to play youtube videos i dont know why. can you give me any tips to how to load youtube videos faster. i will be very thank full to you people.

yeah dats bad connection today is my first day with it .... its giving me only 4KB / sec and i it took 16 mins to download a 4.18 MB file .... if you donnt believe go & have it ....

harami hain harami merai paisay zaya karwai in kutai k bachoon nai ,6000 ki woh device per non refundable, aur 1218 pai call karo to kehte g yeah shared connection hai , signal weak ho ga yeah hai woh hai , sara lahore phir k dekh lya hai 50-60 se upar downloading speed nahi aati woh bhi download accelator k sath .connection band ker wah bhi dya to woh device k 6000 zaya ho gay naa, kuti k bachai 3.1mbps ka raula dala huwa hai .3.1 per downloading 300 se upar aani chaye . meray 6000 doobay!!!
