You gotta get the source file for the map (.vmf if I remember correctly), open it in L4D's Hammer editor, export it, open the map in Dev mode, edit paths (look at the L4D SDK documentation), save the pathing file, then restart the map.

No, they can't. They need nav meshes, which all CS maps have, since the bots need to be able to move around. Without nav meshes, zombies don't run after you, bots won't run around, the director will be much drier.

the AI nodes on Cs_Office are not up to speed, which is why your infected tend to "ignore" at first. most counterstricke maps lack the AI nodes needed for Left 4 Dead. some of the maps with the best AI nodes are, gm_bigcity, rd_zombocity, and a few others. zombocity is mainly used for ReDead(a mod for Gmod) and it uses zombies symilar to those of L4D. keep that in mind.
