Can someone please post a full game of MLB 09 the show without skipping the cut scenes I really want to see how the game looks and feels from a presentation standpoint... thanks... :)
oh and one more thing there are way too many pass balls sure in the majors you have your wild picthes but tis another occurrence that happens to often were every other low pitch is a pass ball which also leads to runs these things keep this game from being one of the best sports games to date all the things i have mentioned are very annoying and takes away from overall gameplay

I have never heard any body talk about how touchy the infield base buttons are. Sometimes you slam push the circle button for a throw on first base and the ball barely gets there on a bounce pass at other times you slightly tap the same button and the guy throws the ball 80 fucking yards over the first basemens head like a quarterback out of the pocket which happens way to frequently.
But ive played a night game at houstons ball park minute maid park. I couldn't even believe i was playing the same game becuase it looked absolutely horrible. All these videos on you tube are day time or mid evening games thats why everybody syas it looks awesome

one thing I've always noticed about "the show" is the accuracy of calls... check out 5:24.. looks like the runner gets his foot in there before the tag... hmm really close those, looks safe tho, just my opinion, what do you guys think ?
but they did send a patch for 2k9 and it actually helps.......2ksports personally sent me some directions to do on my xbox to improve the game pm me if u want to kno it
@seahock The show series is better than the 2k series cause the graphics & gameplay is fantastic plus u don't have 2 worry about glitches. 2K is years behind from making a good mlb game like Sony & S.D. Studios cause in 2k games there's mediocre features plus a boatload of glitches so i would recommend The Show if u have a PS3,PS2 or PSP but the graphics on both PS2 & PSP r not as great as the PS3 version
Its supposed to be the most realistic baseball game ever so they should have even small market teams right as all the big markets get all the love which isnt fair. Its not so much the stances anymore its the swings.
agreed. the game is deep and realistic from top to bottom. they didnt even cut corners when they ported it over to the PSP--road to the show is completely intact. best sports gaming franchise out.
They finally got the Royals batting stances right this year. BUT Dejesus is supposed to keep TWO hands on the bat throughout the ENTIRE swing. He doesnt take it off and that bothered the hell out of me in 08 as most Royal players keep there hands on the bat through the whole swing.

For some reason it ruined the whole game for me. They still havent fixed it but at least the stances are much more accurate.
