Its actually alot like Eve, skills coming out of your ears from lvl 1. Great crafting system and combat is good from what ive done - just PvE atm im still on trial.
Re Eve i simply found it too time consuming and the combat more spectator mode as opposed to having the feeling of actually being in a fight.
@Benwell1 It is a very time consuming game. It requires a lot of patience but I feel it pays off in the end. The battles are meant to be more tactical than anything, and the real meat of the game is in the player driven economy and the deep corporation/alliance politics. Although it would be very entertaining to have ship combat from the command deck perspective.
@DylansYT i totally agree with you, ecxcept for the player driven economy part.. thats bullshit.. there is no economy.. most people craft all by themselfs
@marfiuss Sure, the people that mine all of their own materials and produce ALL of their owns items aren't really part of the economy, but there are many thousands of players buying trillions of ISK worth of items each day. Prices follow the law of supply and demand. Location is crucial because there are risks and limits in transporting large quantities of goods.
If this weren't true, my job as a trader would be unprofitable, but trading is among the most profitable professions in the game.
They're gonna have to do some serious work on this game, the environment is too bland, and the animations are a bit "wooden" lookin. Also, the Mobs are just walkin around aimlessly (Or just standing there haha), waiting to be killed lol. It also looks like this game was made in fucking 2000 or some shit, these graphics suck ass. I know graphics aren't everything, but, they could've done a bit better. And yes I have played this game before! (It's also $15 per month LOL) AI SUCKS!!
