I think NXT 3 was a hell of a lot better than the Diva Search WWE had in the past. At least they incorporated some matches and improving female talent unlike the diva search. If they do the diva search I hope they judge by athleticism first and looks later because some of the participants in the past diva searches did not have anything going for them to be considered a diva. luckily the wwe hired the best of the bunch.
