There's a lot to be said about this case. But, the one thing that gets me is how much more lenient and understanding the authorities are in various European countries as opposed to the United States. She would likely be charge with assault and attempted murder here. And if she were convicted there is no way she would get a suspended 2 year sentence and only 300 hours of community service.
