  • When swinging, it's better to relax your muscles. You can get more momentum and movement when you relax them.

  • I was aiming for a workout by using swinging as the equipment. I am as relaxed as I would be while curling for example. Tree swinging as I am doing it works abs, shoulders arms back pec etc. I am not so sure with that in mind I would want to relax. However, I am interested in this relax idea . How would a person relax?By simply hanging and swinging the body?

  • What's funny is, that's pretty much the general idea. For example, when I swing, I use my arms and my body to gain momentum, and just use the momentum to carry me as I switch arms one at a time. It still works out your upperbody, but it also improves reaction time as well.

  • i actually started doing this about a month ago. now i dont feel like a freak for doing it lol. it may look easy but it gets tiring pretty quickly
