I found it! Super Sentai Battle : Dice-O. Weird thing is, both machines are card operated, but Ganbaride uses a rock-paper-scissors battle system, but this uses dice.

This seems like a Sentai version of the game Kamen Rider Battle : Ganbaride. The only difference [aside from the obvious?] : There's a DS version of Ganbaride.

This looks better than the cheeo verion of power rangers games we got,let me put them down:MM power rangers for the sega gen,power rangers spd for the GBA,i got rid of mine cause it was borning and lame,and their was another one but i cant remember it it looked cheesy,but this game looks fun. : )

Super Sentai was out loooong before Power Rangers. Kamen Rider came out in 1971, its popularity eventually brought along the birth of Super Sentai in 1975. In 1993, Saban began to use combat footage from Super Sentai, blending it with acting footage filmed in the US, and thus Power Rangers was born.
