I think Apple has some limits on their developers when it comes to using the USB port, but you could allow the program to sync with bluetooth instead...
Or maybe just have an access code that allowed the phone to communicate with iTunes as a file share and move the recordings in mp3 format over to iTunes directly over the network..
I'm not a programmer, so my apologies if these are far fetched or inaccurate requests.
I wish you had unlimited recordings, as at the time of posting there is a limit of 5 minutes.
I would like to use this as a hand held recorder for design meetings and then share those files with my clients.
Most of my design meetings run about 45 minutes, so right now the 5 minute limit is not feasible -- I understand the limitations with uploading all of that to the web.
My solution would be to allow the user to choose an unlimited recording that would be downloadable to their computer.
Just tried it and absolutely love it. Since in my office we have a nifty new photocopier that's able to scan a lot of pages at once and send them as PDFs via E-Mail, I will finally be able to actually search my notes by feeding the scans to Evernote. Not having Ctrl (or Cmd) +F for hardcopies is a pain I no longer have to endure.
The elevator pitch's great! I managed to get a clear idea of what EverNote is about! :)

Evernote is the best! Been using it for about a month and can’t get enough. It’s slowly replacing my brain!!! Brilliant.
