man i went here yesterday and the shield droped on heroic and i needed it and won it but it never gave it to me so i waited and waited and finally left then the next day i get mail with 1 stupid triumph emblem i was so mad and i still havnt gotten the shield :/

Umm just wondering but why dont you ever use Growl? its not on a global cooldown and it doesnt use any rage.... Does that mean mal'ganis is immune to taunt or what?
