Just an update on this- This costume is now playable in all game modes =)

Lol he doesn't work in Story Mode though, only in the other modes like sparring and watch mode. Not sure why the costume crashes in story mode. However if you switch the Young Bass costume with one of Leon's he's fully playable in all modes =)
