Well, in my view no one is above the law (and the Constitution) if a jury nullifies a law ,this jury in my view act as a Tyrannical power, because it is a Tyramn that does not obey to the law. Of course, a jury can state that a particular law openly seems unconstitutional and should not be applicated,but a jury should not invent a her own law!
