Its easy. At the login prompt press ctrl+alt+del twice. A text log in will appear. Type in user Administrator with no password. Some people are smart enough to block this, some are not. If all else fails, load a live operating system on their computer!

This ISN'T a hack. It's Windows system administration 101. There's nothing secret or back door about it. Admin accounts have the ability to create, modify, and delete user accounts because they're admin accounts!

BTW, it'd be easier to just right click on My Computer, select "manage", and go from there.
