This has too many channels compare it to the one I have just done. Possibly done in GSXCC in which GSXCC is primarily sounds coming from the Japanese MSX, TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine.

Yes it can, esp. it will work even better with the Japanese Master System, Sega Mark III since that was an 8-bit console with the Yamaha YM2413 chip..

It can also work with the number of channels of the NES.

American/European Master system:

3 Pulsewave, 1 noise = 4 channels

NES/Famicom:

2 Pulsewave, 1 Triangle, 1 Noise, 1 DPCM (Sample channel) = 5 channels

It probably works slightly better with the channles on the NES. Check it out on my channel.
