I just mean that when I go to hit a smaller guy hard when he is running around through people -- putting himself in a vulnerable position -- sometimes I get called for something in the hit when it's clean. When this has happened to me I didn't hit the kid as hard as I can, but I gave him a jolt like I would for anyone else. I don't see anything wrong with that.

Look where his hands are when he comes in for the hit, it would have been clean if he led with his shoulder, but he followed through with his hands, making a crosscheck. the old 6" rule sucks ass but you gotta remember it. And this has the potential to be a high hit, your supposed to aim for chest, can't really tell if he caught him in the chest or not from the video quality.
