how do you know he was a sicko? How do you know what he even said? You dont know anything except that he said or yelled something. @jordan19862000 Verbally attacking or threatening somebody, while physically in their face is grounds for physical force. If you feel in danger, violated, or harmed and need to extract phsycial force to remove yourself from the situation, it is allowed... not saying she had to but in a court that would be the lawyers game....

@anosdrovia I agree. It all depends on whos court you are in and where it happens. In some places, you can say nothing and get punched in the face, and then get in huge trouble for "being involved in a fight".
