National Propaganda Radio has become a blatant propaganda tool, they don't even try to hide it. Everything is "post 911"this and "al qaeda" that, it's worst than Fox News because NPR pretends to be "liberal". The weekend entertainment shows aren't even funny, they use a laugh track. The "terrorists" are people who know the US is behind a lot of terrorism - that's why they don't want them out.
I took awhile but, the sound of the tv and National Propagand Media just grates on me. I'm free of my tv and NPR addiction. And I did it without the help of the pharmaceutical industrial complex. I did it using the internet and Ron Paul. Truth is liberating.
NPR actually maintained some kind of independence in the 1970's and reported honestly on real issues, but that was lost when Reagan/Bush were elected.
What really bothers (or impresses me) about this piece is how well the propaganda is disguised in the warm and fuzzy atmosphere of their "This I Believe" series.
Most listeners won't even realize how they're being manipulated.
I love NPR. I missed this episode. Great segment. Thanks for uploading.

I like the jazz blocks they have every now and then. I like Miles Davis, a lot. Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" just seems so fitting these days.
