just found out the version of remember on the ABSOLUTE ROLLERS cd is the original single version featuring nobby clark on lead vocal NOT les.

first saw them scout dance in strathaven 1968 i was 14 there stage was ginger crates i was hooked the line up was nobby /singer derek/drums alan/bass left handed billy/organ davie /rytham man were the good folled all over scoyland so a few changes in line up then came tartan years to old left it to teeyboppers 111curran

i was in isle of man when nobby was singing this on top of the pops , was weird cause id known them since i was 14 so knew all original members

thanks never heard nobby the lead he has a lesser accent than les, mind you the whole song is different

It was very unfashionable for a male to admit to liking the Rollers during the 70s although I know a few of my mates did but they would never admit it ! This was the only track of there's I liked and reminds me of dancing with my girlfriend at the town hall , happy days!
