Looking at the side and back view you can see that the motor has a huge gear while the wheel has a small one, that's how it goes so fast. That, and the fact it's small with minimal parts. The controller is for the computer, which sends commands using bluetooth. It never occured to me to use anything other than my phone, nice work!
woah i realy like that! how come it goes realy fast did you gear it up? my NXT Rover don't go that fast,but then again mine is quite heavy. i like the idea of using different wheels 2 the ones that come in the set they're to small arn't they :D i used the big ones that used to come with the old RIS set. Anyway, gd video!

Lengthen the body a few spaces if you can, having a longer wheelbase will make it drift much better
