  • Not at all one of your better reviews. Were you stoned? You never before shied away about revealing *spoilers* and you do here? This review should be deleted and redone. It doesn't even seem like you. Who was holding you at gunpoint?

  • @hihausmaus

Thanks for the tip, but I think I'll keep it posted. I like seeing the negative comments of bummed out people who watch it.

  • @hihausmaus

If you ever actually make one video, I'd think you could relate to trying to make a good video and have it completely backfire on you. This is what happens when you have a speech impediment and you have just started making videos. Note that this video is over a year old (even older because it's from my other channel). I literally had 4 pages of outline and I was struggling with speech issues back then.

  • I do not see you anymore shitty reviews!! ,since you are not able to! Go fuck yourself!!!!!!!!

  • He doesn't know how to criticize movies!

  • @55janne

Look at one of my more recent reviews. And kindly GFYS.

  • I loved this review thanks for doing it I just wanted to say that I haven't seen the miniseries yet and would like to know where I can get it so I can watch it I loved the book so much though 'something flew into my eye' when Nick died as well as Glenn and the other dudes that were with stu to that point sorry for the long post about something that you probally don't care 'bout but it would be nice if you told me where I can get a copy of the miniseries

  • @FlyingOkami

You can probaby get a copy on amazon. Or you can probably download it for free on pirate bay. T/hanks for watching!

  • this review was incredibly boring...you have absolutely no charisma at all and i was falling asleep

  • @cjaddona

Setting aside the fact that you're being a douche in this comment, my reviews have gotten better over the last year and a half.

  • Adam Storke knocked it out of the park with his portrayl of Larry Underwood. Gary Sinese seems to get most of the credit, but Adam Storke really shows the incredible growth and character development of Larry Underwood through the course of the story.

  • @Deuterium2H

I agree. Too bad he's not really in much else besides this series.

  • the good thing about this flame war (or whatever you call it) is that it sparked my interest in watching your STAND review...so that's a positive. if i didn't know about the flame war (that you were going thru) i wouldn't have watched this review.

  • @hplgrp

It wasn't exactly a flame war. Just two douchey comments, plus he said he wasn't coming back. Thanks for watching. I do sound like I'm on heroin though.

  • I suggest having a script to read from for future reviews. I apologize if a script was used, for me it was not apparent. Personal opinions being least important should be saved for the end. Toward the beginning you said the series was too long to be considered a movie but continue to call it a movie or mini-series throughout the rest of the review.

  • Many people have fast comprehension levels, so speaking clearly enough to be heard and swiftly enough to be understood is verry important. For me you spoke too slowly, I found myself bored throughout, and try not to rhyme,"The Stand on the other hand," sounds corny. This being the only review I've seen from FillingtheVoidRevues I won't be back.

  • @NathonGreenNG

    You won't be back? Awww.

  • Oh Excellent intro bty…. Kudos…heheh… great review it would be fun if you did another review on the stand and focused on some of your favorite characters, I just really like the story… great video!

  • @SLSwriter

Thanks a lot for the intro. It makes my videos look 99% more professional.

I wanted to do a four part review on the Stand, going into a lot of detail, but I just didn't have the urge to do it. Get ready for my review of Krull though. I'm going to tear that film a new one.

  • Rob Lowe as Nick Andros is my favorite role to watch in this miniseries, Nick is also my favorite character in the book The Stand, and one of my favorite characters overall in the many novels I’ve read, I have the DVD I love this movie, it was good for what they had and it was cool that Stephen King did a cameo in this flick as well.

  • baby can you dig yo man? This is pretty sweet series....the begging of the song "Ninja Sexy Pirate Raunchy (the adventures of barack obama)" on the stinky rodney channel has a reference to this movie...if you never noticed

  • @GedaXen

Haha. Never figured you for a fan of this series. I'm gonna have to re-listen to the song.

    Thanks for watching.

  • M O O N that spells The Stand. I really enjoyed this mini series. I have not rad a lot of Stephen King books but the ones that I have, have not been made into movies/mini series well and been disappointing. First part definatley is better. Yes is is a shame the Rob Lowe has to talk there's really no need for it ha ha.

  • @cheekychickenhead

Thanks for watching. Yeah, Rob Lowe should have stuck to porn. I thought IT was really disappointing, and they left a lot out. Probably won't be a better SK adaptation unless he does the teleplay again.
