Now is this only possible on Stick, and which example would work for Makoto's Kara Throw & Kara Karakusa.

We'll be adding the Kara Karakusa very soon. As far as gamepads, it s possible to do this but the shape of the gamepad and layout of the buttons would play a mayor role in the accuracy.
