Are you fingerpicking an open tuning with the right hand, and tapping the other set of strings with the left hand? It is a very effective technique! As always, my complements to you (and to Siggi for the wonderful instrument).

Hi,yes the technique i use is exactly like you told.

i love it,adds a nice "harp" sound,i always had this sound in mind but never thought about using a capo before....now i'm happy.

jan, i just had a blast experimeting with this technique you came up with! Ive been using two capos, one for all strings, and one of them only covers two or three strings higher up to make some really interesting open chords. This technique you invented opens up a whole new world of music. You should patent it, lol!
