Watching the two clips, McCain doesn't contradict himself. In the first clip, he says that he's not President Bush, which he's not. The second clip, he says that he campaigned for President Bush to get him elected and re-elected. Two distinct ideas that are both true.
In '04 Bush called Kerry guilty of Flip-Flopping. However, over McCain's campaign he has Flip-Flopped on every important issue. Every week McCain re-introduces a NEW ECONOMIC PLAN. He's pushed for DEREGULATION his whole career, but now,due to the Economy,McCAIN IS FOR REGULATION. He also shys away from being associated with Bush though he voted w/Bush 90% of the time and above he admits getting Bush elected BOTH times. You can't have it both ways JOHN MCCAIN.

Seriously? It's amazing how distorted things get. Getting someone elected President doesn't mean you have to agree with ALL of their choices or policies, it just means you believe they are the better candidate than the people running against them!!!! McCain is also still a Republican and it's his job as all people in their respective party to support your party. Obama would do the same had the roles been reversed! It's POLITICS! FOCUS ON THE ISSUES/VIEWS...NOT PROPAGANDA!!!!

How is this a contradiction? He's a Republican. Was he going to vote for Gore or Kerry? That would be a contradiction. All he said was "I'm not George W. Bush". Is that a lie? No. He's not, he's John McCain. That's like saying Barack Obama is Jimmy Carter 2. He's not, he's different - but I guarantee you he voted for him. This is a stupid video without a clear, logical point.
