Cyanuric and Isocyanuric are isomers that cant be separed from each other because one form is constantly changing into another. So, you can call it both cyanuric and isocyanuric without great problems.I just no cited it.
BTW, trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) is a product of chlorination of cyanurate salts, which in turn are salts of CA (actually, hypochlorite - not chlorine - is the chlorinating agent for TCCA). And a last thing: As you can see, I made CA, not TCCA.
I belive this should be called ISOCIANURIC acid, normal cianuric acid is H-CN or cyanide. In fact this must be trichloro-iso-cianuric acid.
