I have downloaded the RedSnow and other files listed in some webpages but my problem seems to be that when I OPEN iTUNES AND plug in the iphone, the iphone appears listed as a device but there is nowhere to click RESTORE. The instructions tell me to hold down the S HIFT key and then click RESTORE. Well I cant find the place where I am meant to click restore in Itunes. itunes just tells me that my SIM card is not recognised. (I dont even have a SIM card in the phone)
