bear in mind Myers was called 'The Shape' in the original screenplay and film and was treated that way- he's supposed to be like a spectre in the shadows and the corner of your eye even though he's a real person. Then they made a sequel and decided he was the girls' brother, and from there he turned into a Friday 13th pt3 style monster-man! Zombie then made him even more violent and made a new, nonsensical backstory. He or the people who made Halloween sequels dont understand the first movie.
