This one I (Faisal) wrote a few weeks ago, and the inspiration was a little bit of a heartbreak like thing that happened, and put me in an emo mood. The story is pretty much reflected exactly in the lyrics.
One More Time is by Brad. He had a progression and the melody worked out, and I helped him come up with some of the lyrics. The original version is actually literally about an hour after we finished the song.
