3. noone did it was alex's subconcious and that took over to kill rachael.

4. get back at her dad for cheating.

for people who are confused: rachel wasn't trying to kill them and alex was only in anna's mind, she was dead the whole time. everything was in her head. in every scene with alex, it was only anna, alex never existed in the movie. so basically anna was insane the whole time and rachel was a bitch, but she didn't want to kill them, anna only made it seem that way. and milldrid kemp was the lady who said at the beginning, "then who will i tell my stories to?" she was the 1 who killed the kids
