I have the exact same cam and i wanted to know what size carb are u using. i have a 600 cfm edlebrock and i think its too small. and also at what rpm is ur car idling at?

@killingthemslowly79 It is a 750 but a 600 may suffice. the best thing to do is call holley and ask th experts, they will definitely help you out. The car was idling around 850 in this video i believe

@dutchboy25al You're right about the flowmasters. However, thats the original 40 series flowmaster thats crazy loud. So are all the racing mufflers. I got the "super" 40 series mufflers. They are a bit bigger and have three baffles instead of the standard one. They sound great. Not loud at all, just a low deep tone. They even still have that cool flowmaster sound! I love em bro. Nice and mellow, but sound bad ass.

@ericg83z the heads are great. they are an excellent alternative to aluminum racing heads if you are on a budget. between the heads and a cam swap i dropped 7 tenths in the 1/4

yeah, my dad went with the xe268 to keep it mild. But he plans on porting the heads and throwing some nitrous, more aggresive cam, and ditching the 2200 stall for a 3500 stall :) i hope he does, cause its gonna fly. already goes 13.40s on this very mild setup. not bad for a mild 355 really
