nice setup. I'll hop on the bandwagon :) What intake/exhaust setup do you recommend for a 4x8 room w/ 3' parabolic mh bulb (gets too hot and dry). Im using a single 4'' exhaust w/ carbon filter but i couldn't afford a second vortex so I use a single 4'' muffin fan. I fear I have no low pressure, as I understand its important too have, at the least, a 6'' exhaust and 4'' intake. Anyones suggestions are valued.

@MRSherlockHemlock What you want to do is replace the air in your growroom every 5 minutes. Your fan should be able to do that. Base your fan on cfm; not diameter. As far as the light, your wattage is what is important. MH is good for vegging but HPS is good for flowering. If the room is too dry; an open container(bucket would be good) of water can help humidify.

@mellowtoker72 Yeah the only problem I have is dryness so I ran 2 spaghetti tubes w/ micron misters (like in the veggie section of a grocery store) and they spray for 30 seconds every half hour. But I have to be wary not to explode my hot mh bulb so i keep a wall-mount fan aimed below it. Problem solved, and it didnt drain my bank.
