Second, government restrictions prevent churches from allowing the homeless to sleep at churches or to build shelters&soupkitchens. There was a church in Orange CA that allowed people to sleep in its parking lot but the government said they couldnt. Why? Because they were eligable for all of these useless services that helped no one. They ended up sleeping on the streets.
