You didn't get a lot of reactions because the scenario wasn't realistic. A person who is used to being in a wheelchair isn't going to crash into walls- they're not going to try to roll down a flight of stairs. Most people probably just figured that you're a bunch of kids messing around.

Good effort, but this wasn't going to work from the start. You're trying too hard to over-exaggerate the situation, and people can tell that it's fake.

ABC's program uses professional actors, with hidden cameras, this was the worst acting ever, the way they spoke didn't seem natural, and you have to be kidding me with the way he spilled his drink everywhere, no one would have helped because you could tell they were just two idiot kids.

You're misunderstanding. Their still acting, their just doing it very badly, that's why in most of these people won't respond. Reality isn't acting; but when it's not actually real acting is required. That's why good acting is crucial in these experiments.

You can tell the camera wasn't high grade hidden type, so when you see a stupid kid holding a camera while giggling at two really bad actors doing stupid things, you're not going to react to help, unbeknownst to you and these two, people aren't stupid, they can put the stupid antics together.
