  • aren't you bringing you elbows too far forward? When I do my biceps I concentrate on keeping my elbow pretty much stationary. Same with tricep reps. I thought swinging the elbows forward brings too much of the front deltoids into the rep.

  • @sgtsnakeeyes11 if he's using a standard 45lb barbell, then he's curling 95lbs. u always have to add the weight of the bar

  • I started doing this exercise years ago in college. We used to call them "kinda curls" because your kind of doing a full arm curl. Great exercise. Good for the core. Make sure you keep your abs locked and no leaning.
