Great review! It's good to see cat AND dog lover, because people always pick a side! I love both and even if people say cats don't love you and do nothing, they still love to follow you around the house and like to sleep next to (or sometimes on top of) you. I am so getting this game!

1.people like real puppies because they can touch them, hold them or hug them and also on walks with virtual dogs you don't feel like you're walking with your dog, because your not even walking

2.other people like virtual dogs because they don't die, they don't grow(they are puppies forever) and your dog never gets lost

..When I learned just HOW real these cats are, that they were CATS, not purring DOGS. Then I got happy! So damn happy!

I have taught my cat in real life tricks. He also helps me put on his harness by lifting his paw/putting his head through the loop when I take him out for walks in the basement (since he doesn't have his outdoor vaccinations).

Tips if your the guy that needs to play this at night...

If you need to do school, don't worry, there is another way to stop your pet from always sleeping at night without disturbing them. Always get a active pet! If you get a laid-back one, then your pet will desperately sleep. ALOT.

I have the original Nintendogs for the original DS, and I love it, but this looks much more promising! I plan on buying the version with the Sheltie (which is what I did with the other). Looks very good. Hope to get the console and that game soon! Nice review, by the way! Have a good one!

i think you can change the date and time and stuff by going to the settings of the 3DS.

this will affect the sate and time ingame. but this is just a theory it worked with animal crossing on the normal ds. but i dont have a 3DS...SADNESS!

But truth be told, the most expensive luxury cat is the same price as most of the dogs. And a standard, short haired kitten is much cheaper. I believe it's $880. After a few competitions, it's easy to get. And, the kittens will occasionally find presents, and bring them to you. So, yeah. I bought a black kitten named Vivi, and dressed her like a witch. c: Totally worth it. Buy this game. Srsly.

Umm, Kwing/Kwife (who rote the script) sorry to tell you that your wrong, but the reason that the cats are so expensive is not because they want you to get a dog first. Nintendo did that because they wanted to keep it a Nintendogs game, they want the dogs to be the center of the game.

that's also why on the game the '+cats' is way smaller, because they want to keep it a dog game and the cats just a little extra.

Do you understand what I'm saying? (It took a friend of mine an hour to understand)
