I downloaded it, and putted in fruity loops but can't use it at all. now can you tell me what to do I use fruity loops 8 thanks.

Go to Options>File settings and check the "VST extra search folder" Make sure you put the VST in that specific folder. Than Open Channels>Add one>More> and refresh your plugin list with a fast scan. Now it should be visible.
