  • To anyone who thinks inversion is a bullshit product, you're wrong. It did work for me. 1 year ago, I was told by 2 neurosurgeons that surgery was the only way to repair my L5/s1 disc. Today, I am back to "almost" where I was. Try it! I mean, what do you have to lose besides the horrible back pain. If u dont like the table after 90 days or so, then sell it. But you gotta give it a try. I hope this helps and I hope no one ever has to go through that horrible pain again!

  • Back pain relief KratomTherapy Check us out online!

  • What I would rather learn is whose spine that is and why does he have it?

  • @wafflecushioned hahaha!!

  • My only wish is that I could fully extend my arms over my head for a better spinal stretch. As it is now, my hands touch the floor.

  • This is one in a 'series'. Just lick on the above "138,000 videos" link, that is under the title and ALL the videos will be there.

  • This is some bullshit is doesnt tell you how to do the workout, I wanna kno if the table thing is a good product, I guess its another bullshit product on the market.

Man thinks his impressing people which his knowledge on the bones in the spine; theres no need for the fancy names is he a doctor its JUST A SPINE JHEEZE

  • @TheMisterWhatt Inversion tables work for me. Just make sure you get a sturdy one that is well made and is comfortable in use. You should be able to easily find one for less than $100 new and likely can find used ones for much less; though I would inspect them carefully.

Use is simple. You adjust the straps/pins to control how far back the table goes. You get in, lean back and let gravity work. Then you pull the safety bars to straighten back up. 10 min works for me.

  • I thought this video had something to do with Mortal Kombat.

  • Can't see anything video with your text box covering all over the screen. Should put texts on the bottom of your pictures. Very counterproductive.

  • @twcckuo: Ditto on that. Maybe this is a recent playback error? Cuz Im not seeing people a few mos or a yr ago complaining about it. Thanks for taking the time to mention too. Maybe someone will read their email notification, if they get those, and fix it.

  • What about people with high blood pressure? Should they use this?

  • I use mine everday , it has helped my back alot.

  • I have a servere back injury, lower lumbar disc and intense left leg pain from sciatica, seeking alternatives to surgery i bought one of these and when inverted I feel great the problem is as with sleeping once I put weight back on my spine as in getting off the invert table all the pain rushes back and feels greater then before. So far the inversion table has caused me more pain then good but again I have a very serious problem and haven't counted the table out yet.

  • You may want to try a lower degree of angle to get a little relief and that way you will be giving your spine some rest.

  • it can decompress the spine and help normalize the spine and

    help the posture

  • I will be 95 in 2 weeks

i run marothons in 310 my 10k has benn 32minutes

    hey thanks for the comment

  • surrrrrre

  • hahah

  • thanks for viewing

  • New research shows it can also help with memory gains and may even help prevent Alzheimers disease. Amazing.

  • my back starts hurting especially when i put my head down i feel something stretching through my spine and feel a lot of pain in my mid back anyone know what it is?

  • best way to decompress your spine is to tying cords to the roof of your house and around your ankles then bungee jumping off

  • how long uve been doing this ?

  • for 3o years

  • what for 30 years ?

  • I wrenched my back in my mid 20's and had huge back pain that wouldn't stop so I started going to a chiropractor which helped greatly. I saw an inversion table at a mall and out of curiosity tried it. So, I bought it and I love it. It really does the trick and it gives me better and longer lasting adjustments than my chiropractor was able to.

  • I've got a pretty good chiropractor, and while his adjustments are very good and he's AWESOME at what he does, he also told me that adjustments arn't enough, if you want to not just get better, but to reach a new state of health than before you got hurt. You have to eat good, and do stretches and back strengthening etc. So adjustments are awesome, but over all, we are in charge of reaching our FULL potential, the chiropractor just helps (alot lol)

  • There is nothing in this video that relates to a "workout". Although the video is educational, it is not related to any sort of workout routine or method. The title---"How to Do an Inversion Table Workout"---would lead you to think otherwise.

  • @wayinhere Did you watch the other parts?

  • @wayinhere watch the other parts, unnumbered as they are.

  • I know this helps because I started using one and someone at work commented that I usually shuffle my feet when I walk but not any more. That's because the lower back tension is gone and I can move more freely.

  • I have Sciatica running down my right leg and it seems to be worse when my lower back pain is at it worse. Would an inversion table help with this? My back also cracks every time i take a deep breath..haha im a mess

  • I have the same problem and this has been helping for me. Not alleveatied it completely, but I can at least walk semi-normally.

  • will we get taller by this ?

how many inches if it could ?

    how long ?

  • Im curios if it really works. A good inversion table is pretty expensive if it doesnt work.

  • look for one on ebay

  • It looks like that claim could be false
